1. No cookie is required to browse the site

Browsing the public website sets no cookie at all and requires no consent. No advertising and no third-party tracking cookies are used.

2. Optional analytics measurement (consent required)

If — and only if — you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, the site records how pages are used: page views, mouse movements (sampled), clicks, scrolling, time spent, and the information you type into the forms — used to analyse the registration journey and improve the site. A visit identifier is stored in the cookie iw_visitor. No advertising, no third-party tools and no profiling are used. Because form entries may include personal data (e.g. name, e-mail, university), this measurement is not anonymous on form pages: such data is used solely for our internal analysis, kept for the same period as your registration data, and you keep all your rights over it (see the Privacy Policy). If you click "Decline", nothing is recorded and the iw_visitor cookie is removed.
