In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organiser, participants will be fully refunded the amounts paid. The Organiser cannot be held liable for ancillary costs incurred by the participant (transport, accommodation).
Article 9 — Force majeure
The Organiser cannot be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disaster, epidemic, administrative decision, etc.).
Article 10 — Personal data
Data collected as part of registration is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 11 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Organiser's registered office.
As the event is intended exclusively for professionals (staff of partner universities and institutions), the consumer mediation scheme provided for in Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply.
